Today’s Meditation Session is titled Four Aspects of Total Empowerment.
In today’s meditation, we learn that total empowerment is attained by consciously using the intelligent organizing capacity of Nature to make choices and decisions in our daily life. The guideline for developing full empowerment is using the four ‘A’s: Awareness, Attention, Alignment, and Allowing. When we use these principles to consciously attune to the universe, we gain the benefit of total empowerment.
