Today’s Meditation Session is titled Making Yourself Unbounded.
When we are living in the present moment our awareness is unlimited, unbounded by time or space. This limitless consciousness is our essential nature, our true self. By being aware of our consciousness, we use the power of unbounded awareness to break out of old conditioning, habits, and self-limiting beliefs. In today’s meditation, we utilize the power of unboundedness to overcome the dysfunctional limitations of our personality, relationships, and life habits.
