Today’s meditation session is titled Miraculous Forgiveness.
Today our meditation focuses on the gifts of forgiveness. If we want to experience loving, life-long relationships, we need to be able to let go of grievances, hostility, and anger. These feelings are a product of our ego self and keep us mired in the past and weighed down with emotional pain. By knowing ourselves as pure awareness, we free ourselves from the prison of the ego and allow forgiveness to be an everyday attitude that heals and liberates us.
Once we allow present awareness to be our real self, and not the ego, we have begun our miraculous forgiveness. We will feel lighter as we expand our capacity for love, compassion, and healing.
